There is vast variety of vocational courses to suit all offered at the CLC’s ranging from the complete beginner to advanced level. These are delivered on a workshop basis in a friendly, informal and professional manner using state of the art facilities.

EDCC Single Beginner Units
The eDCC computer certification scheme is a method of assessing and certifying basic computer literacy skills in various computer applications. -
ECDL
ECDL is designed specifically for those who wish to gain a benchmark qualification in computing to enable them to develop their IT skills and enhance their career prospects. -
New CLAiT 2006 – Level 1
The New CLAiT 2006 qualification aims to provide a nationally recognised standard in IT. It is designed to fit the needs of the learner, employer and training provider. -
ECDL Advanced
If you have completed your ECDL and want to progress your skills, or if you are already a 'power user' - ECDL Advanced is the qualification for you. -
OCR Stages I, II AND III
Courses to prepare you for the OCR Stages I, II and III exams. -
Internet Safety
Internet Safety - An accredited course from the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA). Nominally 30 hours of study, with knowledge assessment on successful completion of a 1 hour online examination, and a practical assessment which involves maintaining a diary/blog. The online test must be taken at the Hull CLC which is a registered SQA centre.
